Terminex and Orkin offer Termite Warranties for $250 and sometimes $300 PER YEAR !!!  Is this a good deal if you can get a full Termidor treatment for $750 including a 10 year warranty?  Too many people I am running into in Red Oak and Shenandoah have these ridiculous contracts in place.
