Communication and Introductions !!!
I am finding many people frustrated with their current lawn care provider. This, I believe is not a lack of service,
but more a lack of communication. I am logging this as a side note for one of the steps in creating my lawn care empire.
Please take the time to email or call me with any concerns you may have on your lawn, and you, the customer will be in the
loop and understand what we are doing to bring your yard into it's lime light. I do appreciate the willingness of everyone
to talk with me and discuss next years lawn care even though it is a little early to be talking about next year. We
have a short term planning goal that requires us to be out on the streets talking to all of our future customers now, so we
can compete and be in line to accept your business when you receive your prepay quotes at the end of Winter. If you
have not gotten the privelege of speaking with us, but received a letter, please take the time to call and let us introduce
ourselves. We are local, small town people, just like you and we value everyone as a customer.

Now measuring yards for next year service quotes!!
It's free to find out what your yard program will cost for next year in advance of receiving your prepay letter this winter.
Find out what your price would be so you can compare pricing and advantages to doing business locally. We will be hiring
a dedicated lawn professional to service the yards while we continue to serve our pest management accounts, termite inspections,
and bagworm treatments with the same or better manpower. This allows us immediate response to emergency situations and
the ability to be extraordinarily priced on all of our service.
Once we measure your yard, you will receive
a letter stating personalized pricing information based on your yard appearance, size, and location. Remember we are
centrally located between Red Oak and Shenandoah. Clarinda is not too far of a stretch either, especially with some accounts
already located that direction.
RMPKA plans to be a major player in the lawn business in 2010. This is second
step of our business plan and it is coming together nicely. Call today to schedule a lawn measurement. Find out
the benefits to doing business with a local business that is hungry for business.
