Gold Control
Gold Control is the program designed for the homeowner who is willing to see a few bugs in their
environment to save some money, but wants to keep the numbers as close to zero as possible & really enjoys the peace
of mind with a Termite Warranty.

and environmentally safe products.
"Gold Control" is a Quarterly pest control program that includes a Termite Warranty.
This means that along with a tailored quarterly pest program, you will also receive a termite warranty valued at over
$350 / year.
1 Documented official termite inspection will be performed each year. If any signs of wood destroying insects is
noted during any visit, there will be an appointment set for treatment. Any time you can catch termites early can mean
a big difference in structural problems and repair costs.
Gold Control costs $99 / visit or $92.07 / visit with an annual prepay option.
(Annual prepay requires 4 visits prepaid and includes a 7% discount).Contract
is only valid for residential customers with 2500 square footage or less.
This program requires a documented termite inspection prior to contract. (This inspection
costs $50). In the case of finding termites on precontract inspection, this program may be repriced over 12 months or
you will have the option to pay in whole for treatment.
