Platinum Control is the program designed for the homeowner who has a very low threshold for bugs
and crawlers in their environment & enjoys the peace of mind of a Termite Warranty.

Termite Inspection per year

"Platinum Control" is a Bimonthly pest control program that includes a Termite Warranty.
This means that along with a tailored bimonthly pest program, you will also receive a termite warranty valued at over $350
/ year
1 Documented official termite inspection will be performed each year. If any signs of wood destroying
insects is noted during any visit, there will be an appointment set for treatment. Any time you can catch termites early
can mean a big difference in structural problems and repair costs.
Platinum Control costs $82 / visit or $76.26 / visit with an annual prepay option.
(Annual prepay requires 6 visits prepaid and includes a 7% discount)Contract
is only valid for residential customers with 2500 square footage or less.
This program requires a documented termite inspection prior to contract. (This inspection costs $50).
In the case of finding termites on precontract inspection, this program may be repriced over 12 months or you will have the
option to pay in whole for treatment.
