Special treatment pricing
Prices listed for general household on this page is chemical application
only, no mice exclusion or traps, no bait gel, no caulking or steel wool to seal entry points, this is a no frills way of
keeping insects under control. (Pricing listed on this page represents a residential structure up to 2500 square
feet).

Exterior Perimeter packages: These are
highly effective sprays done between the months of May and October. To create your own perimeter package, simply multiply
$45 by how many applications you would like. This treatment qualifies for a 7% annual prepayment package. Example: - 4 applications @ $45 = $180 (if prepaid
by April 25, 7% discount would = $167.40)

Powderpost Beetles: Most cases we have encountered have been approximately
3 floor joists and no more than 20 feet long. These required an application that required the same price as a minimum
charge of $40. For a quote, (click here). We needed footage usually of rafters or floor joists in order to determine pricing. For more infomation on powderpost
beetles, (click here). Powderpost beetles are also something that is looked
for during a termite inspection.

Fleas: $99 This includes complete coverage inside and the house should be
vacant of people & pets. Lawn treatment within 25 feet of the house will be completely treated and if you decide
to treat more than this area, it would be an additional cost. The animal or animals should be treated before you schedule
service with us. WE DO NOT TREAT ANIMALS!
Ants: Pricing is determined by level of infestation and size of tree (if applicable).
Typical large tree infested with large ant colony would cost $45.00 / tree. If there are mounds in your yard, we will base

Moles & Gophers: $45 Will usually take
care of 2-3 moles and or gophers. However there is different products used for each. If you have a large yard
